With a large capacity of 6L, these black plastic frame feeders are perfect when your bees need a little helping hand with food.

It is designed to fit conveniently into the hive and is used to feed sugar syrup or other liquid substitutes to the colony. To use, simply remove one of the frames from the edge of the hive and replace it with the feeder frame.

Made from food-safe plastic, this style of feeder frame consist of 3 parts; the feeder frame to hold the syrup, the cap (or lid) and the ladders for the bees to climb up and down (x 2). The cap and ladder system helps prevent bees from drowning and it also helps prevent comb buildup in your feeder frame. In-hive feeders such as this also help to avoid the loss of syrup from robber bees.
